Your resume can contain contact details, employment history and a portrait. Treat the editable document as personal information. Nepocore processes it in your browser and does not create a public document link, but you still control what is saved or shared from your device.
Understand the current session
By default, work stays in the current page session. A refresh, browser closure or interruption can discard unsaved changes. Before leaving, download an editable JSON backup or explicitly enable device saving if the browser profile is yours to use.
Use device saving deliberately
Save on this device stores documents in this browser’s local storage. It is not a cloud account and does not sync automatically to another device. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to open the documents. Clearing site data or changing browsers can remove access.
Keep an editable backup
Export JSON after meaningful edits. Store it in a location you control, with a name and date you can recognise. JSON can include contact details, career content, photo data and design choices. Share the final application file rather than the editable backup unless you intend to disclose the full document data.
Review what the website can and cannot recover
There is no server-side resume archive for support to retrieve. The public guides and templates are separate from the personal text you enter into the builder. A sitemap lists public pages, not your stored resume documents.
Clear the right copies
Use My documents to clear the browser collection or turn off saving as appropriate. Downloaded PDFs, Word files, backups and copies retained by your own storage service must be managed separately. Read the full privacy and storage page for hosting and support-email details.
